Key Elements
As a Professional Collections Representative, you will be required to:
- Complete a 2 week paid training program that includes an exam on FDCPA and State Laws that must be passed with 100% accuracy on Day 2 of training
- Learn and master FDCPA and State Laws as well as company policies and procedures
- Collect accounts legally, morally, and ethically, we record all inbound and outbound calls
- Take initiative, think “outside the box”, and find creative ways to build rapport with consumers to collect accounts
- Compete daily with your peers as a top notch collections professional
- Pass a drug test
- Have a clear criminal background
- Pass pre-employment testing to include math, listening, and typing (30-35 wpm w/ 95-100% accuracy)
- Be punctual and have reliable transportation

- Charge-off, call center or sales experience is a plus
- Skip tracing experience preferred but not required
