Collections Manager/ Attorney

Firm seeks motivated General Manager and/or Supervising Attorney to oversee 100 person debt collection operation.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in managing 50+ person debt collection operation with exposure to legal and judgment collection.

2. Must be able to manage collectors, supervisors and support staff.

3. Be technically savvy in exvel with MS Access Database being a plus.

4. Have prior exposure to high volume collections and legal processes, while developing strategies, dialer campaigns and operational efficiencies.

5. Skiptracing experience and knowledge helpful.

6. Must be able to train, guide and lead staff.

7. Ideal Candidate will have a 4 year degree and 10 years relevant bank,law firm or agency industry experience. Attorneys welcome!
