Becoming a User of CollectionJobs.co (as provided in the “User Agreement” between User and CollectionJobs.co, incorporated herein by this reference) requires that you provide certain information to CollectionJobs.co.  CollectionJobs.co agrees to take all reasonable efforts to protect your personal information.  Accordingly, this Privacy Policy is intended to notify you, the User, of what information is and is not collected by CollectionJobs.co, and how any such information that is collected is used by CollectionJobs.co. 

 

1.         Information Collected by CollectionJobs.co

CollectionJobs.co, in granting the User use of its website and providing the Services (as provided under the User Agreement), will collect and retain the User’s: name; address; telephone number(s); e-mail address(s); desired position(s) to be obtained or filled; the geographical location(s) of such position(s); skill set(s); and/or resumé.  CollectionJobs.co also may, at any time, collect additional information from the User for purposes of better providing the Services.  In the event CollectionJobs.co seeks additional information from the User, the User’s disclosure of such information shall be voluntary and shall not be a condition to its continued use of CollectionJobs.co.  The User may request, at any time, that CollectionJobs.co delete any additional information previously provided by the User from its database, and CollectionJobs.co shall comply with such a request in a timely manner. 

In addition, in the course of providing the Services, CollectionJobs.co shall collect information relating to the User’s IP address, and shall use cookies to store information sent by your browser. 

 

2.         Information Not Collected by CollectionJobs.co

CollectionJobs.co will not collect or retain any payment information, including credit card numbers, bank account numbers or routing numbers, or the name and billing address associated with such accounts.  Administration of the payment of any fee payable to CollectionJobs.co shall be by Pay Pal (referred to herein and in the User Agreement as the “Administrator”), and at no time shall such information be made available by the Administrator to CollectionJobs.co.

3.         CollectionJobs.co’s Use of the User’s

Any information we collect from the User shall be used for the primary purpose of providing the Services hereunder.  We will not disclose or sell the User’s information to third parties for any purpose, including marketing purposes, without the written consent of the User.  However, in the event CollectionJobs.co is acquired or purchased, in part or in its entirety, by another individual or entity, such third party may obtain the User’s information as part of such purchase.  In that event, such third party shall be treated as a successor or assign of CollectionJobs.co hereunder and under the terms of the User Agreement, and such third party will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.  Accordingly, CollectionJobs.co reserves the right to market itself for purchase by one or more third parties, and any such marketing or purchase shall not be considered a sale of the User’s information to any third party hereunder.
